WTC Malpensa Airport is an innovative business center and international logistics center, deserving of the “Best Logistics Hub - Italy” award, and joined the world-renowned network of World Trade Centers.
Conceived and developed by Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport, the Real Estate division that constructed the business and logistics centers next to the world’s main airports, is now an example of Italian excellence for the potential of economic development on an international scale.
Strategically situated in the immediate vicinity of Milan’s Malpensa Airport, it offers a high-quality office and warehouse complex in a refined design for a demanding international client base. In fact it has, to date, played host to large clients such as FedEx, DHL, Agusta Westland and Kuhne Nagel, for a total of approximately 1500 people on the site.
The 7 building complex (4 logistics hubs, 2 office buildings, 1 service center with a bar, restaurant, baby-park and sports center) is completely surrounded by the countryside of the Ticino Park and within easy reach of all cities in the North of Italy, either by railway or motorway from Malpensa Airport.
