In 1999, the site of the World Trade Center was nothing more than a sand quarry, home to a bold and brilliant idea waiting to come to life.
Fast forward 25 years, and our Business Center now houses over 40 international companies, serving as a hub of innovation and expertise.
Thanks to the unwavering support of Royal Schiphol Real Estate, we have consistently invested in making our Center more efficient, sustainable, and attuned to your needs.

This year has been marked by significant upgrades and new initiatives:
- Cutting-edge systems and technologies: Renovation projects include the building housing CAE-easyJet's new flight simulator and Poste Italiane, along with the complete roof replacement for FedEx, Fives, and Boeing.
- Upgraded relaxation and leisure spaces: Office Building 1 now features a refreshed relaxation area with modern furnishings, ultra-fast digital stations, and a leisure zone with exciting new attractions.
- Enhanced outdoor areas: We've added tables, benches, and trees for you to enjoy the beauty of the Ticino Park.
Looking ahead to 2025, even more improvements are planned, such as:
- A complete renovation of common areas and restrooms.
